Hi I’m Brianna!
I am passionate about walking alongside my clients on their unique journeys. My work focuses on supporting individuals ages 8 and up who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. I believe that every person holds their own strengths, and my role is to help uncover and build upon them in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
Using a strength-based perspective, I aim to empower my clients to recognize their resilience and potential for growth. I incorporate a variety of approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. These tools help clients process difficult experiences, explore their emotions, and develop skills to create meaningful change.
My approach is grounded in compassion, understanding, and a deep respect for each client’s pace and process. Whether you’re taking your first steps toward change or continuing along your path, I am here to support and guide you toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.
