  • Sessions are a time to be yourself. We hope to create a nonjudgmental space that allows you to feel seen and heard. Sessions are client-centered, allowing you to lead the way on what we focus on and set the pace for how fast or slow you process. Our therapists practice from an integrative approach that may includes aspects of mindfulness, person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, polyvagal theory, yoga philosophy, perinatal mental health, or experiential techniques. When appropriate we may incorporate EMDR, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, sand tray therapy, or creative expressive modalities. Together we will determine how to effectively meet your needs and how we can best support you during our time together.

  • The amount of sessions varies based on your therapy needs. Following the initial assessment session we can determine what your needs are and how together we can best meet them in and outside of therapy.

  • Please check with your provider for the office location of your appointment since providers practice at varying locations.

To learn more about our providers and where they practice, please visit Our Team page.

  • We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Aetna. If we are out of network with your insurance provider we am happy to provide you the necessary paperwork (superbill) to file with your insurance provider for possible partial or full reimbursement. We encourage you to check with your provider regarding reimbursement. We do accept HSA/FSA cards.

  • Our self-pay rates are comparable to other therapists with similar experience and background. We do believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone and have reserved spots for sliding scale. Please check with your provider since each provider has different self-pay rates.

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Because our clinicians' time is reserved exclusively for you, any appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

Note: Insurance providers do not reimburse for missed sessions so late cancellations or no show appointments will be self-pay.

  • Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for services.

As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like therapy sessions, evaluations, or other mental health services.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or at any time during your care. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
