I’m dedicated to providing clients with an empathetic and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including community mental health centers and private practice offices. During my experience, I have worked with individuals, families, and groups. Over the years I’ve supported clients managing anxiety, depression, substance use/addiction, ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief/loss, trauma, emotional regulation, self-esteem issues, stress-management, and relationship concerns. I enjoy using a client-centered approach and incorporate components of motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.
