Hi I’m Michelle!
I am so glad you are here. Reaching out for therapy can be a really scary first step and I am proud of you for just being here. I see therapy as collaborative so I am here to sit with you as you navigate this time of vulnerability and exploration. Working together, we will help you explore who you are and what makes you come alive. We will explore the systems and beliefs that might contribute to your feelings and equip you with the tools and language to advocate for your health and well-being to yourself and others. I draw from multiple theories and perspectives to support each client at their moment of need and center art and narrative interventions as a central part of our exploration and resourcing. I know that taking the first step to therapy is a scary step. The first time I reached out, it took me almost three months to actually book. So just you reading this means you are already on the path to reclaiming yourself. I am available for consults as needed and would love to be the person who helps you navigate the next steps.
